The conference brings together stakeholders to engage on the lives of Hong Kong's ethnic minorities, with an aim to:

- enhance awareness about the ethnic minority community and race-related issues in Hong Kong
- include a cross-section of stakeholders with diverse interests
- have honest discussions on key issues such as inclusive education, inclusive business, the role of women and girls and the impact of mental health
- explore how to change mindsets of the majority population
- create a network of those interested in racial equality in Hong Kong
